We’re confident you’ll love your Nugget Ice Maker™. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

How to Request a Return

1. Email nuggeticedaily@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. We’ll reply with detailed return instructions and the return address.
4. Ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier (return shipping is paid by the customer).
5. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused or lightly used.
• Item must be in the same condition you received it.
• Original packaging preferred (if possible).

Non-returnable items: Items damaged from misuse, neglect, or returned after 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nuggeticedaily@gmail.com. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
